Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 48 hours of being placed. After this period, we begin processing your order, and cancellations are no longer possible. If you need assistance with your order, please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received the order, we cannot offer you an exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

It must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

It must be in the original packaging.

Refunds

As your order is 100% unique and custom-made for you, we cannot offer full refunds. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you encounter any issues with your final product, please email us at [email protected], and we will do our best to resolve the matter.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us immediately. While we do not provide refunds for faulty items, we will replace them promptly at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please email us at [email protected] with details and photos of the issue.

Shipping for Returns

If you need to return your product, please contact us at [email protected] for instructions. Please note the following:

You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a replacement, we will cover the shipping costs for the new item.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
